Ingredients 
    •    100g fresh strawberries
    •    ½ medium banana (60g)
    •    200ml low-fat milk
    •    100g strawberry  yoghurt
    •    1 scoop whey protein powder (30g, vanilla or unflavoured)

 Macros
    •    Calories: ~360 kcal
    •    Protein: 34g
    •    Carbohydrates: 52g
    •    Fat: 3g
    •    Fibre: 4g

Preparation
    1.    Add all ingredients to a blender.
    2.    Blend until smooth and creamy (30–45 seconds).
    3.    Add a few ice cubes for thickness if desired.
    4.    Serve immediately.

    •    Perfect for fat-loss phases because it’s high protein but moderate calories.
