Ingredients 
    •    1 medium banana (120g)
    •    20g natural peanut butter (1 tbsp heaped)
    •    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (8g)
    •    200ml low-fat milk
    •    100g Greek yoghurt
    •    1 scoop whey protein powder (30g, vanilla or chocolate)

 Preparation
    1.    Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
    2.    Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
    3.    Add ice if you want it thicker.
    4.    Serve immediately.
