    •    ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
    •    ½ cup frozen mango chunks
    •    ½ ripe banana
    •    1 cup coconut water (chilled)
    •    ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
    •    Juice of ½ lime

 How to Make It
    1.    Add pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
    2.    Blend on high for 30–40 seconds until smooth.
    3.    Add grated ginger and fresh lime juice.
    4.    Blend again for 15–20 seconds.
    5.    Taste and adjust lime or ginger if needed.
    6.    Serve immediately over ice or enjoy chilled.

 Why It Works

    •    Mango + banana provide natural carbohydrates for quick energy.
    •    Coconut water helps with hydration and electrolytes.
    •    Ginger supports gut comfort and reduces bloating.
